Either directly or indirectly reporting to a nursing supervisor, plans, directs, participates in and evaluates patient care. Collaborates with other disciplines to provide optimal care. Education: Minimum Diploma program, Preferred BSN Certification/Liceneses: Current Arizona RN license; CPR certification, ACLS, and PALS.
